"Pair of Spectacles"; Moose has a part in the school play that requires him to have bad eyesight except when wearing glasses; He's having trouble remembering that, so Betty and Veronica tell him to stay in character until the next rehearsal. "Smear Campaign"; Betty and Veronica use Reggie as a guinea pig in their efforts to find smear-proof lipstick; When Betty tries to extend the experiment to Archie, Veronica objects. "Play As You Go"; At a school talent contest, Archie does a Liberace imitation (as Liber-Archie), with the plan of having Jughead play a piano backstage while Archie mimes; Reggie finds out about the plan and does his best to sabotage the routine. "Flood of Advice"; Reggie makes fun of Archie for wearing rubber boots and carrying an umbrella for his date with Veronica (at Veronica's request); Archie decides to ditch the boots and umbrella, but gets caught in the rain on his way to Veronica's. "Cute Numbers"; Betty and Veronica have a mysterious conversation involving numbers; When Mr. Weatherbee asks what they are studying, Veronica says they are just choosing some cute boys from the football team to invite to their party. "Of Dopes and Dames" text story.
