    Untitled one-page story; Richie invites a few friends over to share in a feast, but his father mistakenly thinks that Richie has eaten all of the food himself. "Perfect City"; Mr. Rich has done everything he can to make Richtown the perfect place to live, but it's a financial failure. "There'll Be Some Changes Made"; Richie executes some changes in Richtown, making it less perfect but a lot more enjoyable to live in, which soon attracts many new residents. "The Safety Pack"; Richie tries out a backpack that protects its wearer from any kind of harm, but an envious bully steals it. "Take Me on a Hike"; His safety pack stolen by a bully, Richie is forced to lead him on a hike around the Rich estate. "From Riches to Rags"; After dressing in rags for a "rags and tatters" party, Richie receives a bump on the head and forgets who he is. "The Luck of the Riches"; Stricken with amnesia, Richie executes several business deals, parlaying money he has won in a door prize into a handsome sum. "Richie Rich and Black Lightning"; Richie prepares his new horse, Black Lighting, for the Richboro Steeplechase. "The Steeplechase"; Richie discovers that Black Lightning has been sneaking away at night to go to the farm of Jimmy Jones, who Richie asks to be Black Lightning's jockey. "The Lawbreaker" text story starring Little Lotta. "Career Minded"; After seeing examples of married couples that work together professionally, Lotta insists that she and Gerald must pursue careers in which they can work together. "Lucky Boy"; While pretending to be poor and playing with some boys in a poor part of town, Richie throws a lucky horseshoe over his shoulder and discovers oil, gold and a missing jeweled necklace, making his new friends rich. "Advice for Reggie"; Reggie decides he wants to woo Gloria, and asks Richie's advice on how to win over a girl, not telling Richie in whom he is interested. "A Weighty Matter"; Lotta's father and his doctor conspire to make Lotta think she has gained thirty pounds, prompting her to go on a crash diet and avoid food. "Responsible Boy"; With all of the staff off-duty and his parents away on a trip, Richie is alone in the big Rich mansion. 68 pages, full color. Cover price $0.25.
