Stories and art by Warren Kremer and Howie Post. Harvey reprints classic stories of Spooky, Casper's cousin who loves to scare. Poil accuses Spooky of being a slacker, and is the most surprised of anyone when he is suddenly hailed as the royal "Prince of Spooksylvania." But it's just a plot to enlist Spooky's help against the evil Baron Bat, who wants to dethrone the king.
