After attending a boxing match featuring Eddie March, Tony Stark drops by Cord Industries and finds Janice Cord under duress from the Crimson Dynamo! Tony quickly changes into his armor, and the golden avenger goes into battle against the new Crimson Dynamo (Alex Niven). After an inconclusive fight, Tony decides to give up being Iron Man and offers the job to Eddie March instead. In the meantime, Tony renews his relationship with Janice Cord.
