Brain surgeon Dr. Reimer fails in his scientific attempts to achieve immortality, so he switches to witchcraft, in a story with early art by future Marvel legend Don Perlin. A ghost has some surprises for his greedy heirs, in a Ditko story that (as is often noted) has main characters who look exactly like Peter Parker, Norman Osborn and Harry Osborn.
