"Coming Together!", script by Steve Skeates, art by Jim Aparo; A poet reads a poem which contains an incantation in a coffee house which brings three demons together to possess a sculpture; The sculpture menaces a waitress and a big bruiser type who is sweet on her manages to destroy it, but unfortunately for him, she is more interested in the college professor who was tracking the demons and destroys the poet's poem to prevent more carnage. "An Axe to Grind," script by Steve Skeates, art by Alfredo Alcala; A half-wit chops up his brother with an ax after he sees him talking to a girl he fancies; He doesn't believe that his brother was just asking her to be more polite to him, and so buries the pieces of the body out in the field. 36 Pages, Full Color. "This Will Kill You," script by Jack Oleck, art by Alfredo Alcala; Two pranksters attempt to scare a half-wit who sleeps in the small town undertaking parlor's back room with a story that the man currently lying in state is a vampire; Later that evening, one of them gets in a coffin after makeup has been applied by his female friend and lets out a groan. 36 Pages, Full Color. "The Ghost-Writer," script by Bill Riley, art by Gerry Talaoc; A writer who has been using another man to ghost write for him decides to murder him because he doesn't need him anymore; He pumps several bullets into him, but the man doesn't die, and he admits that he has been dead several years; He is a literal ghost writer. 36 Pages, Full Color. "And in Death There Is No Escape!", script by John Albano, art by Alex Nino; An actor has dealings with a sorcerer to grant him immortality; In order to gain enough money to produce his own play, he desires to marry a wealthy woman who loves him but her father refuses; He gets the woman to hire a maid whom he has instructed to poison the old man, but the actor's plans unravel when he becomes trapped in a fire which hideously burns him; He ends up as a carnival freak praying for the death that will not come. 36 Pages, Full Color. "Possessed!", script by Jack Oleck, art by Gerry Talaoc; A man desires a witch's spell book as he thinks it can provide wealth for his family after she was executed and buried, so he digs it up but it is written in Latin and is useless to him; His wife is worried that the evil spirit may possess someone and seek revenge, and when one of the witch's judges is found murdered, the man begins to suspect that his wife has been possessed. 36 Pages, Full Color. "The Land Beyond the Styx!", script by Michael Fleisher, art by Gerry Talaoc; A scientist develops a method of staying dead for ten minutes and then being revived by an assistant in order to discover the secrets of afterlife; When the experiment starts he finds himself being taken across the river Styx to Hell; He attempts to avoid demons for ten minutes until he is revived but he doesn't understand why his assistant hasn't thrown the switch. 36 Pages, Full Color. "The Case of the Demon Spawn!", script by Gerry Conway (as Gerard Conway), art by Luis Dominguez; Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson (not the names used by the writer) are targeted by a pack of vampires because of their skepticism of the supernatural; They manage to escape, but not before Holmes is bitten by one of them. "The Demon and the Rock Star!", script by Michael Fleisher and Russell Carley (art continuity), art by Gerry Talaoc; A has-been rock star makes a bargain with a demon to get back on top again, but the price he must pay is three sacrifices indicated by who he gives the demon's jewel to; The first two victims are a former manager and rival rock band, but his third intended victim is a girl he desires but who rejects him; She designs his stage outfits, so when he sends her the jewel, she sews it into his clothes and the demon comes for him. 36 Pages, Full Color.
