"A Uniform For Thumbo!"; The Cub Scouts find a circus in hopes of getting a tent from which to make a uniform for Thumbo, but everyone but the owner has been put to sleep by a witch. "Applesauce!"; Casper finds the witch who put the circus performers to sleep and she gives him a hint about how to wake them up. "Thumbo's First Badge" text story; Thumbo goes to Wendy for help in getting giant badges for his Cub Scout uniform. "Cub Circus"; Wendy turns a circus tent into a uniform for Thumbo; The Cub Scouts perform some circus acts, and as a result the witch's spell is broken. 36 pages, full color. Cover price $0.25.
