To Death!", script and art by Johnny Craig; A wife is fed up with her lazy, good-for-nothing husband who prefers to spend his time babying a special grape vine than spending time with her; So she poisons his favorite wine, buries him and then concocts an elaborate cover-up, living the life of Riley on her late husband's money. "Out of My Mind!", script by Albert B. Feldstein, art by Jack Kamen; Betty hates her husband with a passion and decides to murder him by feigning fainting attacks over a period of months, then acting out in a murderous way when Bert's brother is present. "The Switch," script by Albert B. Feldstein, art by George Roussos; The Lamberts are fighting again, but one night Edwin over-hears Harry conversing with a person that Edwin believes is a killer being hired to kill Harry's wife. "Out of the Frying Pan," script and art by Johnny Craig; Old Charlie's efforts to describe the sights outside of the hospital window are really appreciated by two paralyzed patients; But soon, a new patient, Hank Bowers, being held for murder and supposedly blind, is put into the room and he does not appreciate such talk. "A Trace of Murder!", script by Bill Gaines (co-plot) and Al Feldstein (co-plot, script), art by Jack Kamen; The murder-suicide of a husband and wife greatly interests Felix Morley, who wishes to do away with his nagging wife for young and fresh Helen; Felix researches and discovers that some poisons can be administered with no trace of the poison left behind and decides to use it on his wife, Emma, who dies, and all her money is left to Felix. "Double-Cross," script and art by Al Feldstein; Carlisle and Morton had perpetrated a $100,000 heist in Scranton, but managed to out run the law. But Morton loved Ben's moll, Donna, so planned to have her set up Ben for a killing, then she and Morton could run off together with all the dough. "The Escaped Maniac!", script by Bill Gaines (co-plot) and Al Feldstein (co-plot, script), art by George Roussos; Bert picks up a hitch hiker alongside the road in a blinding rainstorm and begin a journey together; But when Beeker turns on the radio instead of the car's heater, they hear a broadcast telling of an escaped maniac from the state hospital for the criminally insane and not to pick up any hitch hikers. "Partnership Dissolved!", script by Al Feldstein, art by Graham Ingels; Doc Merrick displays the effectiveness of his secret chemical solution to tenderize meat: an extract of the papaya fruit, containing an enzyme called Papien, which, when mixed with Merrick's secret catalytic agent, creates a solution which acts like Pepsin, a digestive enzyme found in the human body. 36 pgs., full color. "Lady Killer," script by Albert B. Feldstein, art by Jack Kamen; Ralph and Jeanne conspire to kill Ralph's wife who refuses to give him a divorce; After making sure he has an air-tight alibi, Ralph sneaks back to his home to shoot his wife, but she is not there; He sits down to wait on her, remembering back to when he first met Jeanne. "Missed by Two Heirs!", script by Albert B. Feldstein, art by Jack Davis; Two stepsons, angry because their late mother willed her fortune to her husband, Henry, instead of to them, decide to kill Henry by loosening the bannister on the spiral staircase leading upstairs, a bannister that Henry leans on every time he descends the stairs. "Friend to 'Our Boys'!", script by Albert B. Feldstein, art by Graham Ingels (as Ghastly); Corporal Tacker arrives home on leave and finds the rented, ramshackle family home teeming with rats and biting insects; When the landlord refuses to correct the conditions of the house, Barry visits the USO, but they can't help either. "One Man's Poison!", script by Albert B. Feldstein, art by Jack Kamen; John and Mary fought tooth and nail all the time, until one evening, Mary decided to kill her husband. However, she had to make it look like an accident; Partially opening a can of beans, then letting it sit out for a week or so, she was sure the contents would provide the food poisoning to do the job. "Big Money" text story by Albert B. Feldstein. "Two for One!", script by Albert B. Feldstein, art by Jack Davis; Carleton Ashley must raise $20,000 quickly or be forced to declare bankruptcy, meaning that he would lose everything he had worked for; The same day a Mr. Simms informed Ashley that he had a fool-proof way to double any investment almost immediately. Feldstein, art by Jack Davis; Donald Irwin tells a bank President that he has exaggerated his wealth to a prospective client, and if that client accepts Irwin's offer, then Irwin must pay that client $10,000; What he needs the bank to do, to impress the client with Irwin's supposed wealthy status, is to open a checking account for Irwin, deposit the $10,000 that Irwin gives them, then gladly cash that check later for the client when he presents it. "A Fool and His Honey Are Soon Parted!", script by Albert B. Feldstein, art by Graham Ingels; Armand and Bovant get together to discuss the soon to be unsettling visit of a man from the home office to inspect all plantations, and is well known as a gigolo (or love pirate); Armand warns Bovant that this man well go after Nanette as his next prize; He does and nearly succeeds when Armand informs Rudy of being invited to a native Chief's daughter's forthcoming marriage. 36 pgs., full color. "The Execution!", script and art by Johnny Craig; A man stops for a standed motorist who has skidded into a snowbank; At about the same time, a young woman is murdered, and from the description of the killer and the getaway car, it seems that the man who aided the stranded motorist is guilty. "Murder the Lover!", script by Al Feldstein, art by Jack Davis; A businessman, Ken Martin, comes home one evening and discovers his wife in the arms of his best friend, Walt; Ken swears revenge, so he calls the man up and suggests the two go moose hunting together, while secretly planning to "accidently" kill him. "Murder the Husband!", script by Al Feldstein, art by Jack Davis; Walter is madly in love with Kenneth's wife, but he knows his friend will never get a divorce, so he decides to kill him; When Kenneth invites Walter on a moose hunting trip, Walter agrees, and the pair go out in a boat loaded with ropes and weights. "Trap!" text story by Al Feldstein. "Snooze to Me!", script by Al Feldstein, art by Jack Kamen; Herbert comes home late one night and his waiting wife; Suspecting that he is having an affair, she confronts him, shooting down all of his alibis; She tells him to leave but has second thoughts and phones him to come back, but he refuses. "Paralyzed!", script by Al Feldstein, art by Graham Ingels (as Ghastly); A seemingly happily married couple actually hate one another, and the husband wants out of the 15-year marriage; The wife refuses; They get involved in an auto accident, and Gladys is paralyzed in the wreck. 36 pgs., full color. "The Perfect Place!", script by Albert B. Feldstein, art by Jack Kamen; Ernest Jenkins is looking to buy a secluded house in the country in order to have absolute privacy for his writing...or so it seems on the surface; But Ernest has ulterior plans: to murder his wife, brick her up in the basement of the new house, then marry another writer, Agnes Ludlow. "The Electric Chair," script by Albert B. Feldstein, art by Fred Peters; Pete comes home to find his wife in the arms of another man, and promptly chases him away before shooting and killing Mary; Sentenced to die in the electric chair, and not wanting to die that way, Pete flees the courtroom and makes his way of escape to the subway tunnel. The Hangman's Noose," script by Albert B. Feldstein, art by Fred Peters; Peter arrives home to find his wife in the arms of her lover, and he promptly pulls out a gun and kills her lover; Knowing that the death penalty in England is by the hangman's noose, and not wanting to die that way, he flees the scene into the subway tunnel, being pursued by bobbies. "The Guillotine!", script by Albert B. Feldstein, art by Fred Peters; Pierre arrives home to discover his wife in the arms of another man, so he pulls out a gun and kills them both; Sentenced to death by the guillotine, Pierre times his escape and tries to elude the gendarmes through the metro tunnel and leaps from the platform onto the rails. "Private Performance," script by Albert B. Feldstein, art by Graham Ingels; A thief, eyeing a rich woman's jewels for some time, decides to commit robbery one evening at her home after she and her husband had retired; Once inside, he suddenly witnesses the couple arguing and the man kill his wife. 36 pgs., full color.
