1st printing. Written by Grant Geissman. Art and Cover by Al Feldstein. FELDSTEIN The MAD Life and Fantastic Art of Al Feldstein! takes a long-overdue look at the entire remarkable career of this legendary artist, writer, and editor. Both a full biography and a coffee-table art book, we begin with the earliest surviving Feldstein artwork from the High School of Music and Art, present his very earliest comic-book work, and follow his development from the 1940s Victor Fox shop (including the titillating "headlight" comics Junior, Sunny, and Meet Corliss Archer). And we examine his highly visceral work for the classic E.C. comic book line. Along with rare and previously unpublished photographs, the book pictures every E.C. Feldstein comic book cover (many placed alongside the original artwork), presents several complete E.C. stories, plus nearly every splash page and house ad Feldstein did for E.C. We trace his thirty-year career as the editor of MAD, and present his post-retirement work as a "fine" artist, including his prize-winning Western canvases and his many commissioned paintings "revisiting" his classic cover images from the 1950s. We examine every aspect of Feldstein's long career and fascinating personal life, not all of it sweetness and light. Hardcover, 320 pages, full color. Cover price $49.99.

Volume 1 - 1st printing.
Based on the story by H.P. Lovecraft. Adapted by Gou Tanabe.
January 25, 1931: an expedition team arrives at a campsite in Antarctica . . . to find its crew of men and sled dogs strewn and dead. But a still more horrific sight is the star-shaped mound of snow nearby . . . for under its five points is a grave-and what lies beneath is not human!
At the Mountains of Madness is a journey into the core of Lovecraft's mythos - the deep caverns and even deeper time of the inhospitable continent where the secret history of our planet is preserved - amidst the ruins of its first civilization, built by the alien Elder Things with the help of their bioengineered monstrosities, the shoggoths.
Since it was first published in Astounding Stories during the classic pulp era, At the Mountains of Madness has influenced both horror and science fiction worldwide!
o Gou Tanabe's previous H.P. Lovecraft's The Hound was nominated for an 2018 Eisner Award.
o Metallic gold highlights on cover with silver ink tip-in sheet reproduce original Japanese design features.

Written by Micky Neilson. Art by Marc Borstel and Todd Warger.
In 1925 the KKK in Indiana counted one third of the state's white population among its ranks. It was seen as a very patriotic, pro-working class organization. However, the case of Madge Oberholtzer would change that forever.
Madge worked for D.C. Stephenson, a powerful politician in Indiana and former KKK Grand Dragon who led a coup dividing the Northern Klan. On March 15th, Stephenson and his henchmen abducted Madge at gunpoint and took her to Chicago, where Stephnson called himself the "law in Indiana" and proceeded to brutally beat and victimize her. Before succumbing to her injuries, Madge provided a full statement of her abuse, exposing the depths of Indiana's political corruption and lay bare the true face of the Ku Klux Klan, a revelation that would have a ripple effect on America's impression of the Klan from that day forward.

Charlton's contribution to the monster craze of the '50s and '60s, a sister magazine to Horror Monsters (1961). Konga; K; Saint George and the 7 Curses; Reptilicus; The Truth About Monsters; Black Sunday; Coffin Capers; Ghoul Giggles; Monster Cards; Rock and Roll in Monsterland. 8-in. x 11-in., 56 pages, B&W. 1st Printing. By Vernard Eller, Professor of Religion, LaVerne College. From takeoffs on the current crop of dull movies to biting satires on American politics to caricatures of the typical middle-class family, MAD's "trash" is calculated comment on modern society. Concentrating on the Ten Commandments of the Judaic-Christian tradition, Vernard Eller reveals favorite MAD articles for the subversive moral documents they really are. In fact, it's almost as if the editors pledge monthly allegiance to an 11th Commandment -"Thou shalt put down all sham and hypocrisy." Softcover, 8.5" x 11", 80 pages, B&W. Cover price $2.79.

1st printing. Written by Dave Croatto. art and cover by Tom Richmond. It's a bird! It's a plane! It's the worst day ever! It's a 100% UNauthorized children's book parody as only MAD Magazine can do it in SUPERMAN AND THE MISERABLE, ROTTEN, NO FUN, REALLY BAD DAY! It's a day so terrible that only the Man of Steel could possibly hope to survive it! On this miserable, rotten, no fun, very bad day, Superman will face rampaging super-villains, angry editors, boring chores, a cranky Justice League and, worst of all, bad pizza. Superman's home planet, Krypton, exploded - so he's no stranger to bad days-but even so, this is one for the record books! In this all-new story from the Usual Gang of Idiots at MAD Magazine (the same crew that brought you GOODNIGHT, BATCAVE) the best-selling children's book Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day is parodied with the heroes and villains from the world of DC Comics' Superman! Hardcover, 32 pages, full color. Cover price $14.99.
