A few years before it was a pioneering comics publisher, David McKay presented this, among the first wave of licensed Disney products. A follow-up to one of the first Mickey Mouse books, this issue features a supporting cast and personalities that align more closely to the Mickey Mouse short films and comic strip of the time. Characters include Captain Church Mouse, Tanglefoot, Peg-Leg Pete, and Pluto along with Mickey and Minnie Mouse. First printing, Hardcover, 5 1/2-in. x 8-in. 32 pages. Cover price $0.10.
