Cover by Mac Raboy. Stories and art by C.C. Beck, Mac Raboy, Phil Bard, Tom McNamara, Charles Sultan and Joseph J. Millard. Captain Marvel; Bulletman; The Camera Sees Death; Minute Man: The Return of the Black Poet; Chubby; Spy Smasher; Strange But True; Mr. Scarlet and Pinky: Crimes for a Penny. 96 pages, Full Color.
