1st printing. Written by Jim Silke. This prestige volume is limited to 1,000 copies and features a numbered, tipped-in plate, signed and illustrated by Jim Silke. What a dish! What a doll! What a delinquent! Bettie Page, the definitive pin-up of the fifties men's magazines, finally gets the kind of paper stage she deserves -- a superbly produced hardback book designed to reflect her rise from trash to artistic stardom. "Every picture of Bettie is a knockout," writes Silke, the author and illustrator of the high-adventure series Rascals in Paradise. "Whether she posed with a ball and chain or a teddy bear, whether she wore polka dots or a splash of suntan oil, there is always something being said, some kind of hocus pocus at work." With a meticulously researched text, rare images from his collection of glamour art, unpublished photos by the fabled Bunny Yeager, and a stellar cast of artistic contributors, including Dave Stevens, William George, Frank Frazetta, Marc Westermoe, Mark Schultz, Robert McGinnis, Al Williamson, and himself, Silke chronicles the word of fifties glamour art, its influence on Bettie Page, and Bettie's influence on five generations of artists. Hardcover, full color. Cover price $99.95.

By Tori Rodriguez and Ronald Charles Brem.

When the documentary Bettie Page Reveals All was released in 2013, it would have been easy to assume we would never again hear directly from the adored icon. Fortunately for Bettie's fans worldwide, a bounty of unreleased Bettie material awaits. For years boxes and file folders of Bettie mementoes have been gathering dust in the closets of Bettie's nephew's house. Ron Brem, a musician living in Bakersfield, California, is the only child of Bettie's beloved sister, Goldie Jane Page.

In the years before her death, Goldie carefully curated heaps of incredible family photos, the bulk of which feature Bettie as either the sole subject or part of the shot. None of these hundreds of photos has ever been published until now. Goldie also saved approximately 29 letters from Bettie spanning the years 1949 to 2000, which tell the unknown story of Bettie's "lost years" following her retirement from modeling in 1957.

    Hardcover, 8-in. x 11-in., 200 pages, PC/PB&W. Cover price $27.95.
