Barney Bear takes Benny Burro along as he tries to capture a legendary wild horse, in an early story by legendary Uncle Scrooge creator Carl Barks. When a mysterious puddle causes them to grow to cat-size, Jerry and Tuffy see a chance to get even with Tom, in a story written by John Stanley of Little Lulu fame.
