Story, art and cover by Ronald C. Williams. The high-flying Shutterbug is in the Florida Everglades to see if there is any truth to the rumors of a monster lurking in the swamps. Also there is the new hero Amphibia-Man, who is there hoping to search through an abandoned lab where his parents used to work, hoping to find the key to whatever mutated him and gave him his powers. Their paths converge when they meet the Red Croc, who was similarly mutated by chemicals unlawfully dumped into the swamp by the lab.
