Stories and art by Boody Rogers, Ogden Whitney, Lank Leonard, Renny McEvoy, Jim Fabian, Don Dean, J. P. McEvoy, John Striebel, Marion Bailey, Frank Beck and Mart Bailey. Big Shot featured reprints of McNaught Syndicate humor and adventure strips, alongside original characters like Skyman and The Face. When Tony Trent investigates a warehouse fire and river pirates, his fiancee Babs and her date are forced to come along, an awkward situation. Sparky Watts and the gang travel with Uncle Cactus to his home, Horn-Toad Ranch in Arizona, in a story with some great Boody Rogers art. Skyman's ruse allows his friends to get to Hitler's spaceship, but Skyman himself is still moonbound.
