Classic kids' comics from Harvey, featuring the Friendly Ghost and his pals, including good little witch Wendy and tuff little ghost Spooky. The Ghostly Trio hypnotizes Casper for a scaring contest. Spooky decides to scare people over the phone to save time. Poil wants Spooky to go without scaring for a day, but his enemies make that difficult. Also, Casper tells a legend of Ulysses. Psychedelic-style cover by an unknown artist, possibly Warren Kremer, is appropriate for the first issue of 1969.
