    Cover by Ernie Bushmiller. Stories and art by Ernie Bushmiller, Charles Schulz, Ernest G. Osborne, and Leonard Sansone. The comic-strip adventures of aspiring model Fritzi Ritz, her boyfriend Phil Fumble, and her precocious niece Nancy. The first issue to feature Fritzi's niece Nancy, the future star of the strip, on the cover. (Nancy would appear on every cover thereafter.) Phil anticipates Calvin when he makes a "modern art" snowman. Several strips feature Bushmiller's talent for simple "good girl" art and contemporary fashion. One of the backup strips in the comic is Charles Schulz's Peanuts. Other backup strips include the Dennis the Menace-like Willie.
