Delacorte, Jr., President of the Dell Publishing Company, "in recognition of his efforts in establishing and maintaining the Dell Comics line as clean and wholesome juvenile entertainment, and because in doing so he has set an example for the entire comics publishing industry to follow." 36 pages, full color.
