Although the indicia calls this Harvey Comics Hits #60, it is unofficially Paramount Animated Comics #1 as well. This issue features the kids' comics that would eventually become Harvey's bread and butter, including Baby Huey's 2nd appearance in future mainstay Harvey Comics, and only his 3rd appearance in comics overall. Herman the mouse and Katnip the cat wind up on the moon. Casper finds a ghostly solution to the housework blues.
