Although the indicia calls this Harvey Comics Hits #62, it is unofficially Paramount Animated Comics #2 as well. This issue features the kids' comics that would eventually become Harvey's bread and butter. Herman the mouse practices magic on Katnip the cat. The Fox tries to convince Baby Huey's mother that he's a doctor. Katnip the cat uses the nuclear option in his ongoing war against Herman the mouse.
