(Notes: The Hobgoblin first appeared in Amazing Spider-Man 238. Ned Leeds was revealed to be the Hobgoblin in Amazing Spider-Man 289. The inside front cover lists the credits for this issue. The inside back cover provides the sources for all the flashbacks and references in the story. There are not any advertisements inside. This three-part story was reprinted in both 1998 and 2011 in trade paperbacks titled: Spider-Man: Hobgoblin Lives.) 32 pages. Cover price $2.50.
