Stumbo's efforts at cleaning up with a cloud are foiled by smog and other rainless clouds. Two stories from Fun at the Zoo by cartoonist Paul McCarthy: The Mayor meets an alligator while swimming in the zoo pool; and a monkey learns a new trick a little too well.
