Cover by Frank Johnson. Stories and art by Frank Johnson and others. Ollie Orwell is as much trouble as his better-known counterpart, Dennis the Menace. As the comic expands to 64 pages of material, new mischievous brats are introduced alongside Lil Genius and Li'l Tomboy, who are sometimes billed as the Li'l Rascal Twins: Shadow, Rock and Rolla all cause their share of comic chaos. Li'l Tomboy's parents try to get her to imitate the artists and musicians they see on TV; unfortunately, LT picks a wrestling channel. Rock and Rolla set out to recover the stolen club treasury, and capture a thief who's a master of disguise. Plus a note from Alfred Fago, the Executive Editor of Charlton, attesting to the "good taste" and so forth of Code-approved comics.
