Ollie and his cousin Li'l Tomboy find the welcoming fund for the governor's visit, and use it to buy gigantic fireworks instead. Ollie discovers just how dangerous a boomerang can really be. Li'l Tomboy wants to be a cop, so she starts patrolling the neighborhood for crime.
