A post-war, pre-Code romance comic from pioneering female publisher Rae Herman of Orbit-Wanted (who doubled as Love Diary's advice columnist, Ray Mann). Pam falls for fisherman Pete even though her father doesn't approve, in one of two early stories (and cover) in this issue by future Marvel and Conan legend John Buscema. Buscema also drew the Prescription for Happiness story, in which Madge is torn between stable Robert and unemployable Jack.
