In the first of the many Pearl Pureheart adventures to follow, Mighty Mouse must rescue Pearl and her father Col. Pureheart from his melodrama-styled cartoon foe, Oil Can Harry. Mighty Mouse attends a Royal Ball on the Moon thrown by the wacky Prince of Mousetania. Mighty Mouse helps gypsy mice battle vampire bat-cats, in an adaptation of the 1945 Mighty Mouse cartoon "Gypsy Life."
