In this issue: "It Happened in the Darkness!" by Stan Lee and Bill Everett - Teenor is interested in a man she meets at a horror film showing, but upon learning he doesn't believe in the supernatural she returns to her world, convinced humans aren't ready for her people; "You'll Die Laughing" by Carl Wessler and Tony DiPreta - Harry thinks Arnold is trying to kill him when accidents keep recurring...he finally shoots Arnold in terror...Arnold was just bringing him his pills and in death his hand is clutched so tightly on the bottle that Harry can't open it; "The Man Who Couldn't Sleep" with art by Al Hartley - After robbing people in their coffins Harry sees ghosts and fears going to sleep...he visits Dr. Mardo and obtains drugs which are supposed to give him a dreamless sleep, but the ghosts are real and the pills kill Harry...Mardo is one of the ghosts and they carry Harry's body away; "The Sandwich Sign" with art by George Roussos - Lucky answers an ad offering $1000, no strings attached...he enjoys spending the money, then looks up the generous giver to find out who he is...as the man tells Lucky, a car suddenly runs Lucky over; "The Wax Man" with art by Ed Smalle - Felipe makes realistic wax figures for the museum by killing people and coating them in wax...when bar patrons realize what's going on they raid the wax museum and light it on fire...Felipe melts along with his figures; and 2-page text story "Tick-Tock"! 32 pages, full color.
