    Stories and art by Otto Binder, Edd Ashe, Tom McNamara and Victor Pazmiño. During the 1940s, military hero Don Winslow was the star of a comic strip, a movie serial and a popular radio show in addition to this Fawcett comic. New Orleans partiers put on their own Mardi Gras celebration during WWII, only to have it crashed by Nazi agents and a U-boat in the Mississippi. Don makes his own "Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo" bombing run. An early, homemade version of the famous game "Battleship." Plus a PSA for US War Bonds featuring Captain Midnight, and a vintage Tootsie Roll ad, "Captain Tootsie and the Great Jewel Robbery," with art by Shazam creator C.C. Beck.
