Stories and art by Boody Rogers. The creation of legendary cartoonist Boody Rogers, Sparky Watts was given superpowers by his pal Doc Static, whose inventions send Sparky on wacky misadventures. While flying, Sparky spots Nazi U-boats stalking Allied convoys, and disguises himself as a giant chicken to attack them. Then Sparky is stranded on a desert island with two beautiful women, both of whom want to be his queen.
