Spooky - unlike his cousin, Casper the Friendly Ghost - loves to scare people, but his kindly ghost girlfriend Poil disapproves. A door-to-door salesman seems immune to Spooky's attempts to get rid of him. Spooky's pal Bat Belfry tricks him into leaving his house, so Bat can take over the couch and the fridge.
