"Fantastic Fur," script and pencils by Michael Mellorm, inks by Vince Colletta; Galactypus transports the Fantastic Fur to a remote isle, where they confronted are by their evil twins. Then in "Taking Care of Business," the Care Bears get an invitation to attend the grand opening of the new Metro Zoo and are unaware that it's a trap. Issue also has some short Care Bear gag strips. But the queen has been kidnapped by a space pirate known as the Hood. So Terry, Robota and Omnus try to rescue the queen and stop the hood, which leads to some surprising developments in a three-part story, "In Search of Mom," "Not So Fast," and "That's My Boy."
