Story by Ron Goulart. Art and cover by Gil Kane. ACG reprints the 1970s sci-fi comic strip from comics legends Ron Goulart and Gil Kane. A police drama in space, featuring the futuristic adventures of Interplanetary Law officers (or star hawks) Rex Jaxan, Chavez, and Alice K. The strips are presented sideways, preserving their unusual two-tier format. Rex accompanies the rebels to their subterranean hideout. When the generals men ambush them, Rex and Zera escape to the lower levels of the cavern, where they encounter the carnivorous Nightmen. These strips date from January to February 1978. 32 pages, B&W. Cover price $2.95.
