Con men Quincy Quackpott and Fenwick Flooky meet by chance and spend hours catching up, leaving Quincy's leashed cat sinking into wet cement. A fire at a bee farm is a stinging experience for Smokey Stover. Using the new technology of helicopters, Clyde and Chet rescue Chet's brother from the lost Inca city, but then Clyde falls out of the chopper and into the city.
