This issue features Casper the Friendly Ghost. In a meta-story, Casper meets a comic-book artist and tells him about his adventures, which become the stories in this book. The success of the Casper comics leaves Mr. Artist rich and living in a penthouse. Jealous Spooky heads for Hollywood to get some of Casper's fame, but his screen test is a disaster.
