    Story, art and cover by Walt Kelly. Peter Wheat is the inch-high hero of the Wheat Field, where he lives with his insect friends. The giveaway comics were created for a national bread consortium by comics genius Walt Kelly, artist of Pogo. The folk of the Wheat Field harvest the wheat for grinding into flour. Dragonel's Hornet Knights attack the flour transports, forcing Peter and the bakers to make a desperate stand against them. But the bakers have two advantages: an army of bluebirds, and marshmallow icing. 16 pages, Full Color.
