These issues present strips from the 1980s, when it was written by legendary crime writer Max Collins. Reprints the Dick Tracy daily comic strip from mid-1983. Tracy's old foe Itchy seems to have returned from the dead, but it's actually his brother, Twitchy. This was also the last storyline artist Rick Fletcher worked on before his death, and was completed by his successor, Dick Locher. Final issue of the series. 8 1/2-in. x 11-in., 64 pages, B&W.
