Casper has to keep him out of danger until he can get back to his paper parents, but that's a big job. Pearl's cousin Smirky visits and gets Spooky in trouble, while pretending to be innocent. Spaceflight cover features a moon-landing orbiter; the Apollo 16 moon landing happened in 1972 and had Casper as an unofficial mascot.
