Stories and art by Mike Sekowsky and others. Pre-Code crime comics from Sterling, aka Feature Television Productions, focused on police-procedural stories in the "Dragnet" vein. Detective Mark Fabian tracks the crooks who are targeting fur-coat stores. Pickpocket Hector the Spectre calls it quits, in a whimsical story that provides definitions of 1950s crime lingo as a bonus. A kid from a rough neighborhood grows up to become a cop, in a story that may have been inked by legendary artist Gil Kane. The cover looks to be the work of Marvel legend Ross Andru.
