While the family is on vacation, they spend the night in a spooky old castle, but the kids get the idea that their host Mr. Renfrew is actually a ghost. Prudish Miss Crookshank is working on a research project involving Shirley Partridge, but one Partridge Family concert transforms her into a swingin' '70s chick in a miniskirt. Plus vintage ads for the Partridge Family Fan Club and the lyrics to a Shirley Partridge (Shirley Jones) song.
