Reprint of Phantom Detective Vol. 34 #1 - June 1942. Featuring "Murder Makes a Movie" by Robert Wallace. In the 1990s, Greek pulp fan Dimitri "Jim" Hanos published an assortment of pulp reprints in a small format with color covers, sometimes as the Athenian Readers Club. These were released with print runs of 200 or less and many made it to America. This is reprinted using the original pulp pages and therefore has very small type because of the reduced format. 4 3/4-in. x 7-in., 84 light blue pages, black and white.
