For this special April Fool's "nisemono" (phony) edition, an alternate version of Nomuras alternate history is presented in the form of Japanese manga versions of Tigers of Terra and Luftwaffe: 1946. Also, the introductory chapter of Retroman; a special "Condorcet's Naked Files" section on World War II planes that never existed; and several other parody articles and short stories.
