Timmy and Maxie have a race to the moon to see who has to finish helping Wilma make the jack-o-lanterns. Timmy and Maxie decide to build a soapbox racer from discarded lumber, but first they have to get a housing site to discard some lumber. A down-on-his-luck cat hopes for some mouse meat, but he didn't reckon on Atomic Mouse. Plus a vintage ad for Marvel Superheroes posters.
