Tip-Topper Comics collected some of United Features Syndicates most popular comic strips of the 1940s in full color, including Lil Abner and Fritzi Ritz. Fritzi was later known as "Aunt Fritzi" in the Nancy comic strip. Phil's new job as an escort doesn't sit well with Fritzi. Curly Kayoe faces the ex-champion boxer Dynamite Dunn, who wants to reclaim his crown. While posing for a statue, Lil Abner accidentally drinks a chemical solution.
