Phil gets a look at Fritzi's glamorous life, as revealed in her diary. Fritzi thinks that Phil is shopping for her birthday, but he's actually working as a window dresser. Fritzi becomes an "attractive nuisance" at the beach, in a strip that showcases Bushmiller's "good girl" art.
