An early comic book from Dell, featuring reprinted newspaper comic strips alongside new material. Terry, Pat, and Connie escape from Captain Judas's hideout as it burns, but faced with arrest, Burma runs back into the building. Magic Morro and Oom are captured by the woman known as the "Master" and taken to a mad scientist's underwater laboratory for experiments. Dixie's brother Cotton gets Smilin' Jack in hot water when he crashes Jack's plane while performing dangerous stunts. The final Smilin' Jack story in Super Comics; the strip continues in Popular Comics (1936-1948 Dell) #63. Also featuring popular strips Little Orphan Annie, Dick Tracy, and The Gumps. The Dick Tracy cover is by Dick Fletcher, not Chester Gould.
