The Chopper Bunch uses cute car Flo De Flirt to get Wheelie in trouble with Rota, but the real danger is Flo's boyfriend, Knuckles Jones. An oil-slick trap for Wheelie backfires instantly on the Chopper Bunch. The Chopper Bunch tries repeatedly to ruin Wheelie and Rota's picnic.
