He tries to relax and watch the Fish Bowl Championship game but keeps getting interrupted in "Halftime." Script and art by Steve Moncuse. Story is a color reprint of the original Fishwrap edition of Fish Police #5. Issue also has some Fish Police pinups as does the back cover. Cover price $1.75.
