By Bill Griffith.
"Zippy the Pinhead's 29 Day Guide to Random Activities and Arbitrary Donuts" is not a collection of underground comix or syndicated strips, but an all-original trip on the Freeway of Fun featuring Zippy, Griffy, Half-Life, and the rest of gang. This highly-structured explosion of madness, satire and epic adventure takes all of Griffith's favorite pop culture themes — Ernie Bushmiller, junk food, commercial "cute," beatniks, cubism, modern Japan, Jean-Paul Sartre, Laundromats, '70s fashion, and Jack Palance — to their outer limits.
Softcover, 6-in. x 9-in., 128 pages, B&W.
Cover price $12.95.
