Death of Captain Stacy in "And Death Shall Come!" Part 3 of 3. Script by Stan Lee. Pencils by Gil Kane. Inks by John Romita. Cover by Gil Kane and John Romita. It's the third and final showdown between Doctor Octopus and the Amazing Spider-Man...in just as many days!
