Commemorative 1988 calendar published by his hometown printer as a tribute to Chester Gould (1900-1985). He lived in Woodstock, IL most of his life. Reprints the first two weeks of the strip from 1931, art from a 1944 Life article on Dick Tracy, Gould's art for the campaign to promote Woodstock with the All America Cities Award, other charity artwork by Gould and art done for Gould's pets veterinarian over the years. Dick Tracy Silver Horseshoe (circa 1940), a promotional game piece distributed by The San Francisco News. If the character and number on the game piece matched the one on the comic page, the owner would win $50 in silver. Full color, 1.5-in x 2-in. Not a comic.

The Dick Tracey Secret Code Maker (1961) is a promotional item distributed by the Chicago Tribune. The code-maker is made of wood with letters and numbers printed on it. Also included is an instruction manual on how to use the code-maker correctly. 6-in. x 1-in.

Souvenir booklet produced for the Museum of Cartoon Art for an exhibit of Chester Gould's art that ran from October 4-November 30, 1978.
